Thank you for supporting Faceless Treasures. Because we offer digital products, print-on-demand merchandise, and specialty items, we maintain a strict all sales final policy. Please review the details below before purchasing.

Unless specifically stated otherwise below:
All purchases are final.
No cancellations. No returns. No refunds.
This policy protects the integrity of our digital content and made-to-order products.
Digital Products (Ebooks, Downloads, Courses, Templates, Files, Audio, etc.)
Due to the instant-access and non-returnable nature of digital goods:

All digital product sales are final

No refunds or exchanges

No cancellations after purchase

No returns once files have been accessed or downloaded
Once a product is delivered electronically, it cannot be “returned,” therefore we cannot issue refunds.
If you experience:

Corrupted files

Download errors

Missing content
We will gladly replace or resend the item.
Print-on-Demand & Physical Products
(T-shirts, apparel, books, merchandise, etc.)
All physical products are made to order specifically for each customer.
Because items are custom produced:

No returns for buyer’s remorse

No returns for wrong size ordered

No returns for color preference
-
No exchanges after production begins
-
No cancellations once order processing starts
Eligible Issues (Our Error Only)
We will replace or refund items only if:

You received the wrong item

Item arrives damaged or defective

Printing/manufacturing error

Shipping damage
To qualify:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery

Provide clear photos of the issue

Include your order number
If approved, we may:

Send a replacement, OR

Issue a refund at our discretion
We do require returns of damaged items unless otherwise stated.
Sizing Responsibility (Apparel)
Please review size charts carefully before ordering.
We are not responsible for:

Fit preferences

Shrinkage due to washing

Color differences caused by screen displays
Shipping Issues
Once an order is transferred to the carrier, shipping times are outside our control.
We are not responsible for:

Lost packages marked “delivered”

Incorrect shipping address provided by customer

Customs delays (international)
If a package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to investigate but cannot guarantee replacement or refund.
Fraud, Chargebacks & Abuse
We reserve the right to refuse service or block future purchases if:

Chargebacks are filed without contacting us first

Digital products are downloaded and a refund is requested

Abuse of refund policy is suspected

Fraudulent claims are made
Unauthorized chargebacks for valid digital or delivered products may be disputed with payment processors.

Because most products are delivered instantly or produced immediately:
Orders cannot be canceled once placed.
